  • What is Netzland HotSpot ?

Netzland HotSpots are locations with wireless access points where you can connect your mobile computers (such as a laptop or a PDA) to the Internet, using standard WLAN (Wi-Fi 802.11b/g) technology. Most new laptops come with adaptors built in, and on some hotspot locations it is even possible to borrow a PCMCIA adaptor.

 

  • How to log-in to your account ?

Before going to login screen, you have to purchase a ticket from any Netzland HotSpot booking counter. From within Netzland HotSpot service location, launch your Internet browser. Your browser will automatically bring up a log-in screen. Enter your User Name and Password and click Login. Remember that your User Name and Password are case sensitive.

Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the welcome page with your account information. At this point, you can connect to other resources and sites on the Internet.

 

  • How to log-out of your account ?

Simply click Logout in the pop up window and you are no longer connected with Netzland HotSpot.

 

  • Can I save my time for later use ?

Yes, you may save time for later use, provided you logout when you are ready to leave. Your Account status window gives you details of the time allowed for your Plan, the time you are online, balance time and the date when your plan expires.

  • What kind of speed can I expect from the Netzland HotSpot ?

 You will get a speed of minimum 512 Kbps upto 1 Mbps.

  •  How does billing work?

You can purchase our Tickets coupon at any Netzland Service center.

Service is purchased as contiguous blocks of time. Billing is performed on a "count-down" basis like a common parking meter. The meter time starts when you login for the first time.
